Loving these collection updates. Where did you order Sting from? I got one from Amazon but no slip. I was hoping since it was a newer release I would have gotten one
Thanks man I appreciate the good vibes! Ordered through Amazon but from MovieMars seller. You’re not alone it’s happened to me several times with getting in new editions that should’ve come with slips but didn’t. …kinda a bummer the first few times but eventually it’s never a big deal, man. 👍
Tom...i actually took a break and joined you with a cup of ☕️ while i watched the current pick- ups....kuddos for getting Phantom of the Opera w/ Gerard Butler. Im partial to that one. Red Planet is pretty cool....ok then... staying Heavy and staying Horror. 🤘🎃🤘
Right! Always nice when you can enjoy some coffee in the evening and late nights. Right on, okay cool now I’m really looking forward to watching that Phantom movie - thanks for the positive vibes with that one! Thanks dude likewise you too 👊🏻💀👍
Tom! Glad you picked up freaky Farley, apocalypse now, and 1984. I am working on my list for ya Btw if you have a email we can correspond there. I’ll give you mine first Miles P.S. also look into Pink Floyd’s the wall movie it’s chock full of frightening intense images and violence/gore….I was on the fence about adding it to my horror/thriller movies but said why not lol
@@milesbeckett9422 yeah for sure, man, you bet! ‘1984’ is actually one I been meaning to pick up for awhile now. ‘Apocalypse Now’ is awesome!! Yes, I’ve very much appreciated your previous recommendations (made note on ones that weren’t on my radar!). Cool cool, I’m looking forward to more suggestions, Miles. I’m going to try and watch ‘Freaky Farley’ tomorrow night. Wow, man it’s been a looong minute since I watched a Pink Floyd music video. I remember ‘The WALL’ movie. Hey, I’ll be sure to message ya. 👍
I want the David The Rock Nelson collection. You are right he does't have much of a budget. He would film his movie on a camcorder and then edit with another vhs recorder and fx box. He is a true inspiration for anyone who wanted to make a movie with no money.
@@GGfunhouse yeah his works is probably the lowest of budgets I’ve ever seen but boy is it ever so fun and fascinating haha. I love where his hearts at haha. 👍
Nice Silent Night, Deadly Night VHS! Blood Cult is great. There are some people who hate SOV but not me. I bought the same release of Blue Sunshine from Jeff Liebermen himself. What a strange but awesome guy not to mention a great movie. Butcher Baker is fucking great.
@@GGfunhouse that’s great that you got your copy from Liebermen in person, I’m jelly lol! Right! Gots to appreciate ‘Blood Cult’ and other SOV Horrors of its time. Thanks, yeah I’m glad the big box hunt is finally over with that one.
🎥🩸👍
@@chitownbud4769 thanks! 💀🙏
Was too old when these toys came out. Gaining alot of attention these days. Pretty cool looking sets though.
@@residentvania7733 not me, Rez, in ‘92 I was only an eleven-year-old so of course I was still cruising the toy isles, as a matter of fact, even when I got into middle school age I remember feeling somewhat embarrassed that I still had excitement over collecting action figures etc and I keep certain interests a secret from my buddies haha. Late 90’s really pulled me back in thanks to McFarlane Toys lol! I take it you’re a bit older than me, Rez? I’m an ‘81 kid, you?
@TerrorFromTom In 92, I was in 8th grade. Right before high school year. I was born in 77' so i grew up in the 80s and 90s. So my Toys were Starwars, Masters of the Universe, Transformers, Go-bots, G.i.Joe, Thundercats etc. I think the tail end of Toys for me was around that time. Tmnt, Toybiz X-men and Spiderman, Resident Evil figures. Then of course Movie Maniacs and KISS figures from McFarlane.
@@residentvania7733ah okay yeah I totally get why Mighty Max wasn’t on your radar by that point due to our age difference. Hmmm, do your remember other monster toys such as those ‘Mad Scientist’ playsets haha?! …those I vaguely remember simply due to being around my friend’s older brothers. Now with MOTU I luckily got to experience all the hype from those toys because my Dad being in the Army and us living in Germany during the early to mid 80’s all those first wave MOTU where at EVERY toy store in Germany!! My Dad is a big time Conan fan so naturally he had no problem loading me up with the He-Man stuff lol! Plus, I dug ‘em because it ties in with monsters and the whole dark fantasy thing haha. Yep, you said it, Toybiz was definitely kicking ass with the X-Man figures, loved it haha. I remember losing my mind when KENNER dished out those Predator and Alien toys lol! Soooo good haha. 🍻
Sweet pickup man. Love Gpk. I got both Oh the Horror-ible sets. Tons of great Horror movie characters as garbage pail kids. Those sets have reached high prices on the secondary market.
Thanks man yeah those cards have definitely gone up in price. Wish I had a closer eye on it back then haha. There’s maybe two more I’d like to get before I move on.
Nice 👍🏻
Thanks! 💀🙏
This is a grail for me. Awesome piece man !
@@horrorhound8564 thanks, man, yeah as a HOUSE fan I remember flipping out when I came across it online years ago. The artist, Sam McCain, was very nice to chat with and ordering his pieces was a pleasant experience. I still have it. I believe copies of the Big Ben zombie bust can still be found online, well, at least the mask versions have popped up for sale every so often. Anyway, I hated getting the news of Sam passing…
Honestly I hate the quality of the Hardback Cover, you read it four times and start ripping out
@@matiasdelgado7011 I hear ya, that can be true, no argument. Yeah I collect the softies more so than the hardcovers. Softies I’m more comfortable with, and it’s much cheaper, too! Anyway, with this particular hardcover series I simply fell in love with the design, and the quality is actually good, granted I’m not flipping through each of these books multiple times a week haha. But yeah, softies are great! 👍
Dude i just love the colors in your collection. Everything just pops. Beautiful 🤘 😮 🤘
SEND MORE PARAMEDICS!!!!🧠🧠🧠
Never enough paramedics haha. 😄👍
Dude! Such a cool piece!
Thanks Dave I appreciate it! Yeah, the church ruins for a base really sealed the deal for me haha. Definitely a company to keep an eye out for!
Wow that's a sweet statue. Looks amazing.
Right! Ole demon of revenge, Pumpkinhead, holding that cross like a boss lol! Thanks Res yeah I think so. Having the base be that of the old church ruins - one of the coolest, gothic scenes ever really made it easy for me since I don’t normally go for statues haha. 💀🍻
@TerrorFromTom Awesome stuff bro 🤘
Pumpkinhead rules. We need a new film and not a remake. I have the old Movie Maniacs figure 👍
That’s right!! 🙏 Yep, same here, gotta respect the Todd McFarlane’s Movie Maniacs line - it brought us weirdos so much joy during that time and still continues to do so to this day, cheers! 🍻
@TerrorFromTom Getting a Pumpkinhead figure back then was amazing. Hell, getting Horror characters at all. Now they make everything and tons of it. lol
My bad, not at all the previous Sideshow statues. It was the PCS 1:4 scale statue that I was thinking about in that it is way too muscular then what is depicted in the movie…
Very cool, man. I always love seeing the retro stuff in collections.
Thanks dude I appreciate it! Yeah, love the vintage toys and collectables 👊🏻💀🍻
Such a great film. I was late discovering this one. But I highly enjoy it. Cool stuff.
That’s awesome you dug the movie, right on!! Always good knowing I’m chatting with a fellow Horror fiend friend that can appreciate the not-so-good/successful Stephen King movie adaptations haha. I grew up loving this movie!! ‘Tommyknockers’, ‘The Langoliers’, ‘The Mangler’ etc etc all get nothing but love, brother! 💀🙏🍻
@TerrorFromTom Oh yeah, I try to check them all out. I never saw the 2nd one. I saw the 3rd one and didn't like it as much. The first one was a lot more fun.
@@residentvania7733oh wow I honestly haven’t thought about the 2 sequels in forever haha. I have those on DVD. Yeah, the first is easily the best one. I do remember getting some enjoyment from part 2. Part 3… Dude, I don’t remember the 3rd at all only that cool cover art with the devil hand coming out of the snow is all that comes to mind haha. I do want to revisit those sequels. 👍
@TerrorFromTom LOL yeah part 3 was pretty lame. I ended up giving it away. I can't keep movies I don't care for. Part of my illness
@@residentvania7733lol! Not an illness at all! …usually the joke in collecting is the other way around haha. Cheers! 🍻
Beautiful collection. I have that ljn rubber freddy statue too.
Thanks! Yeah that one is definitely a keeper! …tried not to exaggerate about the weight of that sucker it’s a chunker haha. 😄🙏
As an 80s kid I had both the Freddy & Victim Spitballs set and the Jason and victim set and loved them. I remember picking them up at a KB Toys that used to be in the Middlesboro KY Mall on clearance, back when they'd take a red pen and mark the clearance price even. Ah the good old days, I don't remember seeing any other Freddy Toys back then or I would have wanted them.
lol! Right!! KB Toys was were it was happenin’!! That store is were I scored a lot of cool toys back then! A lot of Kenner and a lot of Mattel, Matchbox, odds n’ ends brands etc.!! I think most of my Predator and Aliens toys came from KB Toys back then haha. Definitely a special place in the mall haha. Good times! 💀🙏
I wish I had my horror movie figures from ~15 years ago
Totally get that! There’s a few things I’ve had years ago like certain movies on VHS for example that I’m now wanting back for my personal collection. Won’t be able to obtain them all with how prices are nowadays, and that’s fine, but it’s still to try and hunt for what’s maybe possible! 💀🍻
Beautiful. Spoiled Caca approved!
lol!! 😂👌👍
Those thick vinyl figures are beautiful! Recently I ordered a ''Savage World Freddy Krueger'' action figure from Funko, released in 2018.
Thanks! Soft vinyl is everything haha.😌👌 That’s cool, yeah I dig some of those Savage World “He-Man” MOTU style figures, and do enjoy/appreciate what Funko has produced over the years just never been crazy about their ‘Pop’ line… With that said, hey, you gotta admire the success of that company for being such a beast when it comes to acquiring sooo many licenses, it’s nuts haha. 💀👍
@@TerrorFromTom same her, not into Funko Pop (only have one figure, that Voodoo dude from James Bond's ''Live and Let Die''), but love to collect figures, new and vintage, mostly Werewolves, figures with skulls and/or skeletons, zombies, (Motu's) Skeletor, trolls, toxic figures and Batman (the blue/grey from the 1970s), and all sorts of (movie) monsters...can't wait to order (bit late over here) the ''Nosferatu'' and ''London After Midnight'' figures from Neca. Btw, just ordered two Madballs, that Freddy and Lock Lips. Greetings from The Netherlands.
@@peterengelen2794that’s awesome, man, I dig your taste in collectables! Too cool, would absolutely love to visit your neck of the woods before I pass on. Right on, I dig werewolf toys, too! I’ll have to look up those two new NECA figures you mentioned - that’s cool, I don’t have anything ‘London After Midnight’. Thanks for stopping by and chatting with me, it’s appreciated 💀🙏
@@TerrorFromTom ''London After Midnight'' is a lost silent vampire movie with Lon Chaney Sr. (there are only stills left of that film, hopefully it'll be found one day on somebody's attic or basement lol). Btw, also love to collect pirate ghosts or zombies.
@@peterengelen2794 right! Yeah I know all about ‘London After Midnight’ - after seeing his monster makeup in the few surviving still images it kills me that it’s a lost film… What I meant was is that I don’t have any collectables in my personal collection that’s based off that lost movie. I’ve seen custom pieces made for that character over the years.
I'm so jealous of that Sharp Hand Joe.
It’s cool piece of weird toy history. Not hard at all to obtain just keep on the hunt! Reminds me, I can see companies nowadays making a new ‘Joe’ to pay homage to the many bootleg toys that were flooding the market back then haha. 💀👍
Just found your channel, I’m a fellow massive horror fan and collector. You’ve got a new subscriber! Love your collection of toys and movies!
Hey thanks!! I appreciate it and happy you got some enjoyment from my collection videos that means a lot 😀🙏
Sick collection, that plastic mold Michael os amazing. I am debating on getting a Season Of The Witch tattoo this year lol
@@JTofthedead thanks JT I appreciate it! That’s cool I say go for it! You thinking about getting the poster image, the three masks, or the silver shamrock logo? …or perhaps all of the above sort of like a collage piece with the mask factory as a backdrop? Decisions…decisions… Whatever you decide I’m sure it’ll turn out great! I’m in my 40’s and don’t have any tattoos haha.
Hope you make more of these type of videos ;-) Good stuff
Hey man I’m glad you and others dig ‘em, seriously, otherwise why even bother lol! I do plan on doing more toy etc overview collection videos when I feel like each shelf I build up is at least 90% of what I can budget for haha. The fun part is decorating and having each piece displayed a certain way!! 💀🍻
Dude love the way you got everything setup. Rocks!!! I got the Jason and Victim spitballs. Still need Freddy. That Bigger one in the back, I don't think I've ever seen before. Looks awesome. Always liked that old Freddy statue from LJN i believe. That's one i'd like to get in the collection. I miss my vintage Talking Freddy doll from Matchbox. Got rid of it like a fool. Now it goes for bank.
Thank you!!! Yes, this definitely took me some time to figure out how I wanted each piece to be displayed, and moreover what piece I actually want that wouldn’t cause me buyer’s remorse lol! Cool! I’m glad you have those awesome spitballs in your collection, so fun!! Yeah ‘Matchbox’ made some cool Horror collectables years ago - I have only one from ‘Matchox’ and that’s the Jason sitting on a yellow Jeep that has the Camp Crystal Lake logo on it - my favorite out of three cars Matchbox produced. Very cool, I don’t think I’ve seen the talking Michael you’ve mentioned I’d have to google it haha. 💀👍
Way Kool *
@@Byrdznyst hey thanks I appreciate your good vibes!! 💀🙏 I’ve since gotten in a few more original posters after having uploaded this - I need to do another update at some point. But yeah, I do miss the hobby of collecting posters.
Really cool!
Thanks man I appreciate it! Glad you dug the video 💀🙏
Cool 😎, i got to add a couple of those to my 80s collection
Right on!! For sure man gotta make the shelves be fun haha. Thanks! 💀🙏
Impressive trotld collection 💯👍
Hey thanks man I appreciate that, cheers! 💀🍻
Who were the other employees at Uneeda? ...and did they know about the 'Easter Eggs' in the basement? ... I dig your collection and want those Super7 and Reaction zombies.
Ha!! You know, I’ve always wondered about that too… You’ve now got me wanting to revisit some ROTLD documentaries to if there’s any ‘easter eggs’ mentioned… Thanks for the good vibes glad you dug the overview!! 💀🙏
Yo sick collection!
Haha thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! 💀🙏
🤘🎃🤘...wicked collection.
Thanks dude glad you dug it, right on!! 👊🏻💀🍻
You got some great figures. I was just gonna ask if you had the Myers from Trick or Treat studios. I never bought that one yet. I got the Farmer Vincent from that series. Agree the retro cloth figures arent for me either. Unless the head sculpt looks good. Most of them look kinda butt. I own some that Neca put out but not a bunch.
Thanks dude! 💀🍻 Yeah, I do understand the appeal for those retro style Mego figures as those are definitely nostalgic for the older “kids” - as a kid I never had any. …anyway, not that age matters just not for me. True, some times a great face sculpt can be all that matters. Can’t say I blame ya for grabbing some of those NECA Myers - very much tempting when one speaks to you while at the Target store lol! 👊🏻😂 🍻
Happy zombie 4th of July 🎆 🧟♂️
Hey thanks I appreciate the good vibes! Likewise! Hope you also had a safe (those pesky zombies!!), and wonderful time. 🪦💀🙏
I only have a few tarman figures. Amok Time version and Neca toony terrors.
That’s cool yeah those are definitely forever keepers!! Man that Toony Terrors ‘Tarman’ is soooo much fun it’s perfect haha. 💀🙏
@TerrorFromTom Agree, I love both of those. I'm a fool for those toony terrors. I got a bunch of them. I'm looking forward to getting that pretty woman leatherface next. Good Stuff!!
@@residentvania7733lol! Right! Yeah, I can be a complete fool too about those Toony Terrors. Yes! I want that ‘Pretty Woman’ Leatherface variant, and even rearranged some of my TCM collectables to make space for it! …reminds me, REALLY have my fingers crossed for a ‘Tall Man’ - come on, NECA, we want that Toony Terrors PhantasM goodness haha. 💀🍻
@TerrorFromTom Yes sir!!!! We been waiting for Phantasm figures. They made that one ages ago. Sadly, I missed out on that figure. Now it goes for a butt load on ebay etc. You never know though dude. They recently made a Funko pop. Which I never got. Just not into Funko pops if they are human characters. They end up looking like "pops". Which look goofy to me. Only pops I like are the Killer Klowns and Motu badguys. Super picky on those. But I totally agree 👍 we need Phantasm ultimate figures: Tallman, Reggie and Mike. That would be a must buy. I like to keep my hopes up. Sometimes these things happen. Case in point.....Trick or treat from Synapse films. That's a dream come true for me.
@@residentvania7733yes to everything you just said lol! 💀🙏. Man, yeah, I still have that old Movie Maniacs ‘Tall Man’ (that comes with one of his minions and a base), BUT it seriously needs major improvement - mainly do to it falling over as the base does NOT support the figurine due to how it was sculpted - it has a crazy lean in body posture… The base along with the minion is honestly the coolest thing about that piece… I forget which company produced the 1:18 scale Barracuda car but that too is a nice collectible for us ‘Phans’. …I never grabbed it though.
Those horror prism stickers are worth some coin these days. Sweet collection.
Thanks dude yeah, so true, the Prism stickers along with anything vintage Horror has skyrocketed in price nowadays… Thankfully there’s only a handful of those stickers on my want list I’d like to try and get. …though you have to be careful because there’s plenty of fakes being made! …not that there’s anything wrong with the ‘fakes’ as long as you know you’re not being suckered into thinking it’s an original haha. If you’re patient you can score those Prisms for a reasonable price depending which movie it is.
@TerrorFromTom Yeah. Kinda sucks for us hardcore collectors. But the same can be said for Vintage Toys and Video games. Everyone wants the things they had Growing up.
@@residentvania7733yep, speaking nothing but truth haha. Companies nowadays know this so in a sense there is a plus side to our nostalgia madness haha. 💀🍻
Dang it, totally forgot to show my ‘ROTLD Half Woman Corpse Zombie’ wall hanger… I have it displayed elsewhere. …It too was available at ‘ROTLD’ website.
Great update :D I just gave up on Founders day it was not my cup of te!
@@FrankensteinsVideo thanks I appreciate it! Yeah, I have yet to watch it. Been seeing a lot of people basically say the same thing, which is why I haven’t been in a rush to spin my copy haha. I’ll give it chance at some point.
No such thing as "horror". They are comedies. Life is scary, those movies are truly laughable.
Haha getting all philosophical on me, cool, I can dig it. Yeah, life can bring in the REAL horror. Reminds me, I just recently revisited a few old articles as well as a few documentaries covering the Byford Dolphin incident… I read up on stuff like that all the time. Anyway, like many living life I too have experienced a few unpleasant things though nothing of the extreme, yet.🤞
I love what they are releasing on vinyl. Humanoids from the Deep! Persona is Arthouse creepy. The Ripper is shot on video goodness! Tom Savini chews it up in that one. Great job again Tom! Did you hear that David The Rock Nelson's movies are being released on Saturn's Core?
Right! Shout getting into the soundtrack game completely caught me off guard haha. I’m definitely intrigued as to what else is going to be up their sleeves - I mean, the Corman stuff is a given! I wouldn’t mind replacing my original vinyl soundtrack for ‘Piranha’ since my copy isn’t in the best of shape haha. Cool, you’re now the second movie lover to recommend me ‘Persona’ so I’ll be wanting to experience that one asap when summer family visits are over. Yes! Very much looking forward to adding in more David ‘The Rock’ Nelson to my movie library - as of now I only have a documentary on DVD, that, if I remember correctly, includes a few of his short films. Thanks again for dropping by for a good chat, it’s always appreciated! 🍻
Dude that rocks. Some sexy toys right there. Those small blue ones are cool.
Thanks man I appreciate it! Yeah can’t ever go wrong with a few cool minis and some custom toy art thrown into the mix! 👊🏻💀🍻
You got some awesome monster toys. Everything blends together great. 🤘
Thanks again man yeah rearranging certain collectables together is always the funniest part haha. Cheers! 🍻
A beauty! love the light change, and those variants, chef kiss!
Thanks Dave, yeah the light has nearly every color option you can think of including three shades of white haha. Ordered a pack of 5 for super cheap! Yeah, kinda picky about collecting the Myers stuff so it took me a long time just to have what I have haha. I’m looking forward to the 10” scale vinyl Myers figure from Mondo this August!!! You seen that vinyl figure from Mondo?! It’s great and I made sure to save a spot for it next to the TOTs Myers 1/6 scale figure seen in this video. I think after that I’m personally done with the Halloween collectables. 👊🏻💀
The Death Machine blu ray is awesome, I thought that was only available in the UK, love that movie I still have the original VHS bought from Hollywood video with the original art work. Death Machine is what convinced the producers of the original Blade film to hire Stephen Norrington as the director of Blade, simply because they thought Death Machine was so well shot for such a low budget film.
You thought right with ‘Death Machine’ making its way onto Blu-ray in the UK. I think that happened a few years back? Forget which UK label… I think I remember that edition being crazy stacked, too! …but knowing me I got distracted and spent money on a Horror comic book instead haha. That’s cool about the info you shared as I didn’t know that so thank you. Yeah I can see that, makes sense! 👊🏻💀
Great pickups! FDR is silly fun. You'll have a blast with that one. I liked the Godzilla vs. Kong as well. Polanski's Macbeth is very violent and a angry film. I believe Polanski directed Macbeth after Sharon Tate was murdered. Maybe, first movie he directed after she died. Not 100% on that but mean as fuck. Great video.
Interesting stuff about his ‘Macbeth’ film. Thanks for taking the time to share that with me! I’ve only seen a few of Polanski’s movies so I’m looking forward to finally experiencing this one. Yeah, figured as much from watching the trailer for FDR haha. Good deal, right, yeah those new Godzilla and Kong movies really are fun time wasters.👍
😎 Cool update, Tom.
Thanks! I appreciate the good vibes and happy you dug it 👊🏻💀
